About the job:
As Specifications Manager your primary role will be to help write specifications on the on-going Danish projects, in close collaboration with the project teams. As Specifications Manager you will also be responsible for organizing, maintaining and improving our specifications system and standards in relation to BIM work procedures. You will be a part of our growing technical team responsible for Q&A, ICT/BIM, Specifications and detailed design, and report directly to the Director of Design Technology.

As Specifications Manager, your main responsibilities internally are:  

• To support and guide the project teams in the development of construction information in the pre-construction and construction stages
• To support architectural teams on a range of international projects on specification issues to achieve high quality buildings
• To prepare specification documentation in compliance with project requirements, acceptable standards, legal obligations, rules, codes and regulations
• To develop and keep up to date with technical standards, products and innovation
• Support the Technical Team and Contract Manager with reviewing/defining services, scope and interfaces in contracts.

Experience and qualification’s:

• You have an educational background as an Architect or Constructing Architect
• You have a substantial in-depth knowledge about detailed design/construction documentation, specifications systems and international constructional design stages
• You have a minimum of 6 years’ experience within detailed design
• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience from a similar role
• You have experience working in Revit
• You have good technical knowledge of modern building techniques, standards and materials
• You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• You have confidence in working in a complex and international environment
