We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to join us in the Corporate Products Technology Design team.

*No relocation assistance is offered for this position.*

Core Responsibilities

  • Support multiple teams with content projects ranging from UX copy to content strategy across platforms, making sure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format
  • Start from discovery and work closely with user researchers, service designers and interaction designers
  • Create content patterns or standards that can be re-used across the team
  • Design content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand

Do you have what it takes?

  • Be comfortable using evidence, data and research to make content decisions
  • Understand different prototyping techniques, from paper sketches to coded prototypes, and how to use them to visualise content in context
  • Be comfortable building relationships across the organisation to focus on the needs of the user and to influence partners
  • Experience with developing content strategy as well as writing for UX
  • Ability to work with translators
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and passionate about the power of the written word, and our mission to build the future of play

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
